HOTSTAMPING
Best suited to a limited copy area, this is our most popular and economical method of decorating. Hotstamping in more than one color is NOT recommended.
Copy size:
Unless otherwise specified, all catalog prices include an imprint area up to 6 square inches.
Hotstamping Dies:
$35.00 (G) minimum for dies up to 6 square inches. If a larger die is ordered/requested a custom sized die will be quoted. There are no die charges on repeat orders.
Change of Copy:
$20.00 (G) set-up charge for each change, plus cost of additional die(s).
Second Position Imprint:
For second position imprint, add $20.00 (G) set-up charge plus cost of additional die(s).
Proofs:
Proofs are sent to you via email in a .pdf format. The first proof is at no charge. Additional proofs are charged at $12.50(G)
Pre-production proofs are charged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact customer service for quote.
Colors:
Gold and Silver are available and are the most common colors. Any other colors can be ordered for an additional charge. EXACT COLOR MATCHING NOT AVAILABLE.
SCREEN PRINTING
Best suited for imprinting of multiple colors OR large imprint areas. Imprint area is determined at .25" in from edges and seals. Pricing includes and 1-color run charge unless otherwise stated. Screen charge is $35.00(G) per color.

Change of Imprint Color:
$25.00 (G) per color
Change of Copy:
New screen charge as per catalog.
Proofs:
BLIND DEBOSS & COLORFILL
This method of imprinting debosses (depresses) your copy into the surface of the vinyl.
Debossing Dies:
Die charge is $35.00(G) for up to six square inches (3" x 2")
Proofs:
Proofs are sent to you via email in a .pdf format. The first proof is at no charge. Additional proofs are charged at $12.50(G)
Pre-production proofs are charged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact customer service for quote.
Colorfill:
Colorfill is the combination of hot stamping and debossing. This requires two dies at the cost of $35.00(G) each for up to six square inches (3" x 2"). For larges sizes, please call for a custom quote. There is no die charge on repeat orders.
ARTWORK
When sending your artwork on a disk or via e-mail, the following guidelines will help.
Accepted Programs:
- Adobe® Illustrator®
- Adobe Photoshop
Acceptable Media Formats:
Color Information:
- Use the Pantone® color matching system
Requirements for Electronic Media:
- The JP Family is PC compatible.
- Save your documents and files in a PC based version of one of the accepted programs noted above.
- Include a copy of all screen and printer fonts used.
- Disk must contain all EPS files used in your documents to correctly output to film.
- Files MUST be converted to curves or outlines.
- It is important that a printed color proof and printed color separations, along with any other special instructions accompany the disk. This will ensure all the correct information is contained on the disk.
The following formats are NOT ACCEPTABLE: jpeg, bitmap, TIFF, and dat.

- The purchase order number.
- The distributor name
- Your customer service person's name
- The program and version the file was created in.
- A brief description of the artwork.
- Send a hard copy.
